Envío Domestico/Domestic Shipping
El costo de envio es de $100 MXN y en compras mayores a $1500 MXN el envío va por nuestra cuenta (Solo en Mexico).
The cost of shipping is $ 100 MXN and in purchases greater than $ 1500 MXN the shipment goes by our account (Only in Mexico).
Envíos Internacionales/International Shipping
Para envíos internacionales podemos enviar a través de DHL y FEDEX, también el cliente puede pagar y seleccionar el método que prefiera para el envío a su país.

Customs Duties & Other Fees

Cómo Devolver/How to Return
Podrás devolver cualquier artículo comprado en KIÿei Internet por las siguientes causas:

Si el artículo presenta defectos de fabricación.

Si existe equivocación en el artículo enviado, conservando la envoltura original de celofán (emplaye) y sin presentar muestras de maltrato.
En la recepción de mercancía errónea o dañada se aplicará el cambio físico de la misma solo si ésta fue reportada durante las primeras 72 horas posteriores a su entrega, a los siguientes teléfonos:

You can return any item purchased on KIÿei Internet for the following reasons:
If the article has manufacturing defects.
If there is a mistake in the article sent, retaining the original cellophane wrap (emplaye) and without showing signs of abuse.
